There are many good and well marked walks in the area. We have chosen just three, of which two are about 4½ miles, so should take around 1½ hours.

The first is by little roads and paths, through fields and woods, from Chiddingstone to Hever Castle and back.

The second is from Chiddingstone to Penshurst Place, and back by a different route.

At 5 miles the final walk is a little longer taking perhaps an hour and three quarters from Chiddingstone to Bough Beech Reservoir and back by a different route.

New restrictions are limiting parking spaces even more in Chiddingstone. If you are going on a walk from the village, please try to park away from the main street.
